HomeFrontThe sporadic nature of this blog relates to my writing and not the frequency of these crimes, They are all too common from the people in powerful positions in our "civilisation" 11월 19일 UpdatesI have plenty of updates regarding the articles I have already posted and many more new ones to be posted but things are on hold while I have my pancreas removed and become a Type 1 Diabetic. All this today 19/11/2009 8월 9일 Cop charged after church camp 'exorcism'
This is the church who refused to move a minister that was telling the children of second marriages that they were damned and never able to go to heaven which is obviously upsetting to the 10 year olds and younger that were singled out for this. The group that also believes that speaking in tongues is a good thing and that as soon as the minister prays to a cup of wine it literally becomes blood. The Advertiser has learnt that Senior Constable Roger Sketchley was charged over the alleged incident at a camp run by the Lutheran Church, which yesterday said it did not condone such actions. They do in fact endorse exorcisms and will only deny this in the face of public criticism. I would think he South Australian Government would be able to hire people with the ability to think in a rational but instead hired a religious zealot like this fool. For more links to articles regarding this try this link. 7월 2일 Talking about Cameras in cop cars to be considered - ABC News (Australian Broadcasting Corporation)South Australian police say they will officially consider installing video cameras in patrol cars. Acting Deputy Commissioner Tony Harrison has told a Budget Estimates hearing in State Parliament that an officer who personally put a camera in a patrol car had breached official policy. If an officer installs a personal camera that camera is biased and the footage would undoubtably only be archived if it was able to prove the officers innocence in a court matter. If an officer is responsible for keeping their own video footage much footage condemning their actions would be "lost" and unavailable for the courts. I believe that considering our ridiculous School Zone laws and other such biased laws Cameras on police cars would be a good idea as long as they are constantly recording, archived properly and available to the courts at all times.
6월 1일 Some Of South Australia’s “Finest”Seven counts of indecent assault between 1980 and 1983 He was originally facing nine charges, but prosecutors last month dropped two counts of unlawful sexual intercourse against a person under 12
Storr had pleaded guilty to nine sex offences against two girls who were 13 and 15 He also took photographs of one of the girls in his police uniform
The Former two have already had their day in court but the next two have been charged but not yet prosecuted. Damien Michael Jay Wilmott, 29, of Banksia Park Damien Michael Jay Wilmott, 29, of Banksia Park, was charged with one count of rape and Steven James Westcott, 39, of Daw Park, with one count of indecent assault. It is believed they were part of a deployment of 50 South Australian police who went to Victoria in early March to relieve local police During Victoria's Black Saturday bushfires. I had to have a bit of a chuckle seeing the antiques in the bottom left corner. Will we see bikies riding down the road pouring their powder and shot into the muzzle. I am not sure about SA but it would seem that the vintage of the two aforementioned muzzle loading firearms would mean they can be owned without any license at all in some states of Australia. If this is the case I am sure they will be returned to the owner but for now they help the officers who seized the Antiques, …oops… ,weapons look like they have found a sizeable cache. It would seem ,by the photo, that the individual involved may be more of an avid collector than a dangerous weapon hoarder. The Government should be more concerned about “Organised Crime Groups” rather than Bikies, although it is easier to see Bikies so it is much easier to look like they are doing something for the community. Remember that all OCG members are doing bad things but not all bikies are involved in organised crime so it would seem more useful to chase OCG’s rather than social club members. Unless the politicians involved in the scaremongering are also involved with OCG’s or they are planning on disrupting your *club next. *could be sporting, social, sexuality, religious. Thanks ABC for the story 4월 5일 Two of Sydney's "Finest"
Police face sacking over sex change disclosure I was not surprised but disgusted when I read this article. These officers actions were not only illegal but also a form of torture and it is hard to image that those involved did not have a reasonable idea that they were putting Brigitte Fell’s life in danger. Garrick Jacobson was a suspect in a “theft and Assault” case when he was tortured by these officers in such a way that it should be looked at as a commissioning of the assault that took place after their actions. Officers Brendan Ritson and Tyrone Stacey should not only be sacked but also imprisoned for what they have done to these two people. Added 1/6/09 These two officers are pleading stupidity. The court heard that Jacobson, who had been arrested for suspected theft and assault, told Stacey he had a girlfriend named Brigitte Fell. Some places are reporting the officer’s comment as “You’re rooting a bloke!” Magistrate Glenn Bartley sentenced both officers to 125 hours of community service saying their lack of remorse made the likelihood of their reoffending ``unclear'' ``The offenders were trusted law enforcement officers ... to this day they have not shown even the slightest contrition or remorse.'' They still seem to be holding their positions in the police force. Can members of the public trust the confidentiality of any information available to the NSW police force while these fools are still there? 3월 29일 Sometimes you find funny things on the net but sometimes you find this.Or this a piece about Israel once again attacking others territories. And a few interesting answers on religion from Hanif Kureishi, whom ever he may be. Thanks to the BBC and Sarah Lacy for inspiration today 2월 23일 People who take advantage of disasters. There There are others who seem to think they should be treated as royalty after being affected by the bushfires but really should be thankful for any assistance they receive. The assistance needed by all of the victims is funeral assistance, short term income support while businesses are being rebuilt and temporary accommodation while houses are being rebuilt. I feel that accommodation should be temporary and where people have been given resources from other people in need those resources should be passed back to the areas they are needed quickly as possible. Caravans for poor people to live in have been diverted to some fire victims as well as other items and a lot of cash have been taken from stretched systems where people in need now have to wait. I am sure that most people from fire affected areas just want to get on with rebuilding their lives. We see many places where the population are doing their best trying to put their lives together and would agree that the people who are trying to profit from the fires are disgusting. The government must help these people but must do it without diverting funds from programs for the most disadvantaged people in society, maybe by diverting funds from people who are working that will be given almost a thousand dollars each in the economic stimulus package. 12월 29일 Advertising companies pushing their religious agenda? It seems that the Atheists Foundation of Australia was planning an advertising campaign for the new year but was not allowed to advertise through Australia's biggest outdoor advertising company, APN Outdoor. Atheist Foundation president David Nicholls talked to ABC Radio Nationals Religion Report about it. Mr Nicholls suggests it is a bit much to knock back a slogan questioning God, when a group which does believe in God has been allowed to run its advertising. "In Adelaide I believe, in the recent past, the APN buses had all across the back of a bus, or some buses, the message 'John 3:16', which is the most famous biblical passage, that God so loved the world that he gave his only son da da da," he said. 10월 23일 5% of police officers in S.A. urgently need psychological assessment.Survey highlights mental stress of policing The survey by the University of South Australia also shows another 11 per cent are heading towards psychological harm. I had a feeling this mioght be an issue since I had a run in with an off duty police officer whom was scared by my car making a little fanbelt noise then decided to try bullying me and eventually assaulted me. This issue is currently being dealt with so the headline from this story was no surprise given the officers behaviour. 10월 20일 Woman Bitten by Tiger Snake during Parade'Best dressed' woman bitten by snake at races What a way to end a day at the races, being bitten by a snake while being involved in a fashion parade. I wonder if this was some sort of critique of the judges taste by the snake. 10월 11일 Charges dropped over bungled police probe
Senior Constable Michael Redding had a bad day at work and gets to go home to his family while Chris Wilson does not. If you or I was negligent at work and the result of that was someone's death we wouldn’t just be reprimanded by our company, we would have to explain our actions to the public through a court hearing. Why is it that Redding only had to explain his actions to a Police Disciplinary Tribunal and not the public. Furthermore why did it take 4 years for this to come to a conclusion? The people of South Australia and all states should expect our police to be held accountable for their actions or lack of. 9월 28일 Money lost in the US while stripping money out of Workcover
Its a shame to see the state political party that used to pride itself on looking after the worker punishing workers if they have a long term injury from work, while allowing the states money go down the drain overseas like this. Middle East Nuclear Weapon CapabilityWith all the talk of Iran and nuclear weapons I thought I should remind people of a few things. There seems to be ethical problems associated with the group of countries lobbying the IAEA and their involvement with Israel. US, Britain welcome sanctions on Iran. I feel compelled to bring this up as it seems that people have forgotten about Israel's own potential Nuclear capability in the region. Israel should talk about nuclear arms: ElBaradei. Israel plays down Olmert's nuclear comments. 6월 3일 How much did he get away with before raising interest?
But the 51-year-old is now accused of using his knowledge of law enforcement methods to help with one of the biggest-ever drug importations planned to come into Australia. 5월 28일 Rednecks? or Worse? Racism 'not behind Islamic school knock-back' About 200 residents cheered and applauded last night, when the Camden Council voted unanimously against the Quranic Society's development application for a 1,200-student Islamic school on farmland in the town's outskirts. The council agreed with a report by council planners that suggested the proposal be rejected because of its effect on the environment and traffic flows. Some protesters left pigs heads draped in the Australian flag at the site last year. 5월 27일 God on Their Side
Police investigate 'churchgoers' car accident Looks like the AG of SA has god on his side too It disgusts me to see a public Office like the Office of the Attorney General Blessed by a catholic priest. Religion has no place at all in politics in SA. 5월 8일 The Problem With The Israeli Mediahttp://www.abc.net.au/rn/linguafranca/stories/2008/2230967.htm# There seems to be a lot of hostility in this region that has obviously boiled over into a Global issue. Could it be that some of these problems be inflamed by a local media's biased language in relation to key events. 4월 21일 Vista security feature was designed "to annoy users", admits MicrosoftAn uncharacteristically-frank Microsoft employee has admitted that a security feature of the software giant's Vista operating system was deliberately designed to get on users' nerves. David Cross told the RSA Conference in San Francisco last week, "The reason we put User Account Control into the Vista platform was to annoy users – I'm serious.” User Account Control (UAC) is the part of the Vista platform that governs the security privileges of applications. It requires system administrators to regularly confirm permission for applications to change local data, something many users find frustrating. But it was all part of a plan to improve independently-developed software, claims Cross. By deliberately impairing the user experience, Microsoft hoped to encourage independent software vendors (ISVs) to make the applications more secure and more mindful of user privileges. "UAC is changing the ISV ecosystem," he said. "Applications are getting more secure [as a result]. We needed to change the ecosystem, and we needed a heavy hammer to do it." According to Cross, 88% of Vista users have the feature enabled, contrary to the popular belief that disabling UAC is one of the first steps many take when setting up a Vista system. Anti-virus firm Kaspersky Labs expressed doubts over the effectiveness of UAC when Vista was initially released, fearing that applications performing harmless actions could appear to be malicious in a security context and spook users unnecessarily. But at the recent RSA conference Kaspersky seemed to have warmed to the feature: "Anything trying to shrink that attack surface and promote secure apps development has to be a good thing," Jeff Aliber, senior director of product marketing, noted. 11월 25일 Turnbull's bittersweet victory

If you or I had conducted a study like this and found that WASPs were more intelligent than Jewish people I would be attacked for being racist and branded "Anti-Semitecal".
No attacks on other peoples credibility due to their race, religion, sex or Disability should ever be tollerated.
After further reading it seems the slate has many race hate references against anyone who is not jewish. 10월 18일 Family First wish to introduce legal child abuse into SAhttp://www.abc.net.au/news/stories/2007/10/18/2062590.htm?site=adelaideSA row over smacking childrenSouth Australian Democrat MP Sandra Kanck has criticised a move in State Parliament to legally endorse the smacking of children. Family First Upper House member Dennis Hood has introduced a bill seeking to endorse the legality of "reasonable chastisement" of children. Ms Kanck says research shows that smacking does not improve children's behaviour, and teaches them that violence is a way of resolving conflict. Ms Kanck says the bill does not clarify what constitutes a reasonable level of smacking. "This is such a grey area and the definition in the bill does nothing to assuage my fears about [it] and how it could be used to justify the unjustifiable." she said. Ms Kanck says the proposal could contravene the United Nation's Convention on the Rights of the Child. She says the convention calls on governments to protect children from all forms of physical or mental violence and abuse, including while in the care of their parents. "So if you read the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, this would actually be saying that we ought not pass legislation such as this." she said. http://www.abc.net.au/news/stories/2007/10/18/2062590.htm?site=adelaide 10월 6일 US tip-off leads to porn chargesI don't like the reason his lawyer gave when he asked for a suspended sentence.
